Registered Office Address
To set up a company with Companies House you need a registered office address, this must be a physical postal address not a PO box number. This address is used on the public record and on all of your business correspondence. We suggest not using your home address for this, our ‘Complete Package’ includes a virtual address to use for this purpose.
Business Activity
Companies House require a business activity for your new business. This is done by choosing a SIC code - Standard Industrial Classification code. As you register your company with us there is a search facility, but we recommend search your code first here.
